Refund/Cancellation

Clinics & Skills Days

Clinic cancellations can be made up to 7 days before the event date when a refund (less 15% administration fee) will be made on request. Refunds will not be given after this date, but participants may transfer their booking to another event as a booking credit.

Tours & Skills Weekends

Any event where accommodation and catering is included requires 7 days notice of cancellation, whereby a refund (less 15% administration fee) will be made on request. Refunds will not be given after this date but participants may transfer their booking (less 50% cancellation fee) to another event as a booking credit.

Cancellation/Transfer Notice

Any notice of cancellation, request to transfer or request for refund must be made in writing via email.

Booking Credits

Booking credits are valid for 12 months from the date of the event originally booked.

Acts of God

In the event of an "act of god" (fire, flood, heavy rain, etc) or venue closures, organisers will re-schedule the event to another date.
